These terms set out clear rules on which Consilium Krasiński provides audit and negotiation support services. You won't find legal jargon here. We want the rules to be understandable for every business owner. Our office is located in Lodz at 104 Piotrkowska St, and it is from here that we manage all projects. By using our site or ordering a document analysis, you accept these rules. We tell it like it is – we act honestly and expect the same from our business partners.

All content we publish in our knowledge base is informative in nature. These are hard facts based on our experience from 83 closed transactions, but remember that every case is different. If you need specific help with a merger or dispute, we must sit at the table and analyze your situation individually. Do not copy our guides without asking, because we respect our work as much as we respect your business.

When you commission a transaction audit from us, you undertake to provide a complete set of documents by the agreed date. Our process involves checking 47 critical points, which usually takes us 8 business days. If the documents reach us late or are incomplete, the report delivery date may shift. We sit at the table with you, so we need full honesty from you regarding the condition of your company. Only then will our risk report be reliable and protect your margin.

In the case of negotiations with monopolists, we prepare a strategy based on the psychology of influence. Remember, however, that the final decision to sign any contract always belongs to you. We provide hard arguments and block unfavorable provisions, but you are the boss. We do not promise that every foreign concern will immediately change all its rules, but we guarantee that with us, you will not let yourself be dominated during talks.

In business, we value simple rules regarding money. We apply fixed rates for specific stages of work, which allows you to plan expenses without unpleasant surprises. For example, express verification of one contractor costs 3,200 PLN, and a full audit before buying a company starts at 12,400 PLN. We do not add fees for every minute of a phone call or short emails during the project. We tell it like it is – we don't like fine print in price lists.

We issue invoices after completion of a given stage of work or in accordance with the schedule we set at the start. If your transaction is interrupted for reasons independent of us, we settle only for the analysis actually performed and the time devoted to meetings. Hard facts, not promises – you pay for specific knowledge and the security of your capital, not for theoretical legal opinions that bring nothing to the business.

All information you provide us is treated as strictly confidential. We know that in M&A processes, discretion is an absolute foundation. We do not brag about the details of your contracts or the amount of your margins before third parties. Your documents are safe in our office in Lodz, and only people directly involved in the case, such as Marek Krasiński or Anna Nowak, have access to them. It is a matter of trust on which we have built our company for years.

After the negotiations are finished, we keep the documentation only as long as tax regulations require. We do not sell your data to any advertising companies because we hate spam as much as you do. If your case requires checking a contractor in one of the 14 countries in which we operate, we pass only the absolute minimum information needed for verification to our partners. Your trust is more valuable to us than any single contract.
