Strategy and Negotiations
Marek Krasiński
Specifics on the table since 2016
Marek founded Consilium Krasiński in February 2016 because he was tired of seeing local companies from Lodz and the surrounding area lose in clashes with the lawyers of big corporations. Over the last 8 years, he has seen dozens of contracts aimed at taking over assets for a fraction of their value. He doesn't like fluff or sitting through fruitless meetings. He tells it like it is, even if the truth about your company's condition is hard to take. In talks with foreign capital, he makes sure you aren't left empty-handed.
In October 2023, Marek led negotiations for a family printing house near Zgierz. A German investor tried to drive the price down by 15%, pointing out alleged errors in the valuation of the machinery park. Marek spent 14 hours on documentation analysis and found records that allowed not only to maintain the original amount but to raise it by 42,000 PLN. These are hard facts, not empty promises. We sit at the table with you and guard every comma in the documents.
Marek's style of work is simple: no legal jargon. If a share sale agreement has 47 pages, Marek will point out that one specific paragraph on page 32 that could block your other investments for 3 years. He explains complicated financial mechanisms such that after 15 minutes you know exactly where you stand. He doesn't hide behind difficult words, because in business, clarity of message and the security of your money matter.
To date, Marek has personally closed 83 M&A transactions. He doesn't take every order that comes into the office at 104 Piotrkowska St. If, after initial analysis, he sees that your company is not ready for the sale process, he will tell you straight to your face during the first coffee. Last year, he rejected 11 projects because he knew clients would waste time and energy on them. Honesty in assessing the situation is the basis of cooperation for him.
He starts his day at Consilium Krasiński at 7:45 AM. Most of his time is spent analyzing figures and preparing strategies for difficult conversations. He is not the cheapest advisor in the region and doesn't hide it. The high price results from the fact that Marek takes full responsibility for what he negotiates. P.S. If you are looking for someone to nod along for peace and quiet, Marek is not the right person – he is there to win the best possible terms for you.
