Many entrepreneurs from Lodz and the surrounding areas lose money because they take foreign contractors at their word. They see a nice website and a promise of a large order, so they send the goods. Then it turns out that the company in Berlin or Lyon is just an empty mailbox, and no one answers the phone. We have seen such situations among our clients many times. In 2024 alone, we detected 12 fraud attempts that could have cost local companies an average of 34,500 PLN each.

Our process is simple and concrete. We don't send you a hundred pages of theoretical analyses. We focus on hard facts. We check the VAT number in the VIES system, look into local trade registers in 14 European countries, and verify real office addresses. If a company claims to have a warehouse near Milan, we check it through our local contacts. We tell it like it is – either the partner is solvent, or the risk is too high for your budget.

We usually need from 4 to 6 business days to vet a contractor's papers. We use direct access to databases that are not publicly available online. Thanks to this, you will find out if your future partner has tax arrears in their country.

By the way, we do not deal with tracking private individuals or divorce cases – we only check hard company data and the payment history of business entities. This allows us to act faster and cheaper than large intelligence agencies. We focus on what is important for a business owner: will you get money for the goods and is the contract safe.

In August 2024, we saved one of our clients from shipping 3 pallets of goods to a company in Naples that had officially not existed for two years. It cost the client only 850 PLN for our report, and he saved over 4,300 EUR on the value of the goods alone. Such facts speak for themselves. What will you find in our credibility report?

  • Confirmation of company registration in the local commercial court (date of foundation, ownership structure).
  • Verification of the EU VAT number and history of office address changes in the last 24 months.
  • Information on any bankruptcy or enforcement proceedings conducted against the contractor.
  • Photo or confirmation of the physical existence of the company's headquarters (if we have a liaison there).
  • Short CK verdict: whether we recommend signing a contract for an amount exceeding 10,000 EUR.
