Consilium Krasiński Privacy Policy
We explain here how we take care of your personal data. We tell it like it is – no legal jargon and no hidden catches.
1. Who manages your data?
The controller of your personal data is Consilium Krasiński with its seat in Lodz, at 104 Piotrkowska St. The company is managed by Marek Krasiński. We sit at the table with you during difficult negotiations, so you know we value trust. We treat your data as seriously as the points in the contracts we check for you. If you want to ask something, write to biuro@consilium-krasinski.pl or call +48 42 632 88 15.
2. What data do we collect and why do we need it?
We only collect what we need to prepare an audit or conduct talks. When you fill out a form on our site, you usually provide your name, surname, email address, and phone number. We need them to call back within the promised 4 business hours. We do not collect data we do not use. We are not interested in your age or private interests – we focus on hard business facts.
If you decide on a transaction audit, we will process more information, such as your company data or financial documents. We do this only to deliver an analysis report of 47 critical points within 8 business days. Your data allows us to detect hidden debts and protect your margin against foreign corporations.
3. Cookies
Our site uses cookies. These are small text files saved in your browser. Thanks to them, we know you've been here before and we don't have to show you the same messages. We also use them to check how many people visit our site from Lodz, and how many from other cities. We do not use cookies to track your entire life on the web. These are simple statistical tools that help us check if our negotiation guides are useful to you.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Consilium Krasiński site will continue to work, although it may not remember your preferences on your next visit. We tell it like it is – the choice is yours.
4. Do we share data with others?
We never sell your data to marketing companies. We hate spam as much as you do. Only our trusted employees, like Anna Nowak or Piotr Włodarczyk, who deal with your case, have access to your information. Sometimes we must pass data to companies that technically support our office – for example, the email provider or hosting company. Each of these entities must comply with the security rules we apply ourselves.
If your case requires verification of a contractor in one of the 14 countries in which we operate, we may pass the necessary data to our local partners. We do this exclusively for the purpose of executing the order and securing your transaction.
5. How long do we keep your information?
We do not keep data indefinitely. If you send us an inquiry and ultimately do not decide to collaborate, we delete your data after a few months. If we lead a project for you, we keep the documentation for the duration of the contract and the period required by tax regulations. After negotiations are finished and the audit settled, we archive only what we absolutely must. We value clean desks and clean databases.
6. Your rights
You have full control over what we know. You can write to us at any time and request access to your data. You can correct it if we made a mistake in your name. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data from our database. If there are no legal obstacles (e.g., an ongoing settlement process), we will do this without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe we are playing unfair. But we promise – at Consilium Krasiński, hard facts and honesty are the foundation.
7. Security
The site has an SSL certificate, which you can see by the padlock next to the address. This means that the data you enter in the form is encrypted. Our computers in the office in Lodz are secured, and we regularly check our systems. We know that the 83 entrepreneurs we have helped trust us not only regarding the company's sale price but also the security of their secrets. We will not let this trust down.
8. Changes to the policy
Sometimes we may change this text to better fit new regulations or changes in our services. Always check the last update date at the bottom of the page. If we introduce large changes, we will let you know by email, provided you are in our client database. No fluff – we will simply inform you of the facts.
