Do I have to pay for every minute of a conversation?
No. At Consilium Krasiński, we value clear rules. We work primarily based on fixed rates for specific stages, such as documentation audit or preparation of a negotiation plan. We do not add extra fees for short phone consultations during the project.
How long does it take to prepare an audit?
Normally, we deliver a full report on the analysis of 47 critical points in 8 business days. Honestly, there are emergency situations – then we are able to prepare a note with the most important risks within 72 hours of receiving the papers.
Do you also handle cases in court?
Our domain is corporate diplomacy and negotiations. We believe that in business, a settlement made at the table is cheaper than 4 years of trial. However, if a case must go to court, we will pass the documentation to a friendly litigation law firm we have worked with for 6 years.
What size of companies do you serve?
We focus on transactions valued from 500k to 12m PLN. This is our area of specialization, because here decisions are still made by the owner, not an anonymous board from another continent. We help such entrepreneurs specifically to retain their margin in a clash with giants.
Do you only operate in Lodz?
Yes. Although our office is located at 104 Piotrkowska St in Lodz, we have already conducted 14 projects for companies across the country, including Warsaw and Poznan. Key negotiation meetings usually take place at the client's headquarters or in a neutral location anyway.
